Welcome to AI Oasis ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we deliver our services, manage customer agreements, and provide our offerings. By engaging with our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to the terms outlined in this policy, in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
All services are delivered virtually through platforms such as Zoom, telephony, Slack, or other online conferencing tools. No in-person interaction is required.
You are responsible for using our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We are not liable for any violations resulting from your use of our services.
We do not guarantee specific results or return on investment (ROI). Success depends on factors such as your business goals, product-market fit, and other variables beyond our control. All educational content provided is for informational purposes only. You should consult with your business advisors and legal counsel before making decisions based on our content. We are not liable for any actions taken based on the information we provide.
If you are a reseller, you are provided with white-labeled funnels, deal rooms, and marketing sales assets in a generic format. We do not provide customization for these assets, and any customization is at your expense. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including FCC and TCPA regulations, when reselling or using our services. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the resale of our products.
We are not liable for any business outcomes, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our services, including those caused by third-party contractors or services you hire. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and business practices, including TCPA compliance for any communications involving AI Sales Employees or third-party services. Our tools are provided to support your business operations, but we do not guarantee specific performance or results.
Certain services may incur additional fees from third-party providers (e.g., Twilio, AI voice services). These are pass-through fees beyond our control, and you are responsible for paying them as incurred. You must also ensure compliance with applicable regulations, such as TCPA, when using third-party services for communication.
All fees, including one-time setup fees, monthly subscription fees, and other costs, are non-refundable, except as specified in the AI Bootcamp refund policy below. Once payment is made, you are fully committed, and no refunds will be issued.
Once the fulfillment process begins, all work is irrevocable. We invest significant time and resources into each project, and no refunds will be provided once work has commenced.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we recommend a minimum commitment of 90 days to fully realize the benefits of our services. For Done-For-You (DFY) work, no refunds will be provided once the fulfillment process has started. DFY work includes any setup or creation of customized deliverables on your behalf.
This Fulfillment Policy is governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By engaging with our services, you waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
Delivery Method: Delivered in a virtual group setting via Zoom.Access to Replays: Participants receive access to session replays for the duration of the bootcamp.Interaction: Participants may ask questions during live sessions for an interactive learning experience.Refund Policy: A 14-day refund policy is available from the start of the bootcamp if you are unsatisfied.

White-Label Fulfillment: Resellers may use our team for white-label fulfillment under a 50% revenue split for AI Sales Employee packages sold.Terms Under Development: Detailed terms will be provided as they are finalized.
